As a qualified diving instructor with extensive experience teaching and certifying students under PADI, SSI, and RAID, I have firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by busy dive shops. Having worked in various dive operations, I have encountered the inefficiencies and pain points that come with managing courses, equipment, and customer interactions using generic software and paper-based systems.
In addition to my diving expertise, I have a background in ecommerce and web development. Drawing on these skills, I created DiverDash to provide a comprehensive solution tailored specifically to the needs of dive shops. My goal was to develop a platform that consolidates operations, reduces manual data entry, and enhances overall efficiency, addressing the unique requirements of the diving industry.
